Work Location

Remote, anywhere located in the contiguous US; Preference to work East Coast hours

Role Overview

  • As a key member of our Business Development team, you’ll be instrumental in forging new client relationships and nurturing leads
  • Your expertise will be crucial in managing data, research, and compliance for proposals and contracts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client satisfaction and innovative marketing solutions

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and nurture prospect relationships, setting the stage for meaningful collaborations
  • Skillfully qualify inbound leads to ensure a robust pipeline for the Business Development team
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, enhancing sales and marketing efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to gather data, maintain records, and generate insightful reports
  • Manage proposal amendments aligned with client needs and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with pricing and proposal teams to develop tailored statements of work.
  • Handle RFI and RFP processes with a keen eye for detail and compliance
  • Support financial operations by tracking purchase orders and managing invoice processes.
  • Ensure integrity of Master Service Agreements and Confidential Disclosure Agreements.
  • Implement strategies to optimize contract turnaround times and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Business Development and Operations teams to surpass client expectations.
  • Execute innovative Marketing tactics in partnership with marketing colleagues
  • Embrace additional responsibilities as needed to support the management and business development
