Role Overview
- As a key member of our Business Development team, you’ll be instrumental in forging new client relationships and nurturing leads
- Your expertise will be crucial in managing data, research, and compliance for proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client satisfaction and innovative marketing solutions
Responsibilities
- Initiate and nurture prospect relationships, setting the stage for meaningful collaborations
- Skillfully qualify inbound leads to ensure a robust pipeline for the Business Development team
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, enhancing sales and marketing efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to gather data, maintain records, and generate insightful reports
- Manage proposal amendments aligned with client needs and business objectives.
- Coordinate with pricing and proposal teams to develop tailored statements of work.
- Handle RFI and RFP processes with a keen eye for detail and compliance
- Support financial operations by tracking purchase orders and managing invoice processes.
- Ensure integrity of Master Service Agreements and Confidential Disclosure Agreements.
- Implement strategies to optimize contract turnaround times and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Business Development and Operations teams to surpass client expectations.
- Execute innovative Marketing tactics in partnership with marketing colleagues
- Embrace additional responsibilities as needed to support the management and business development
