3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use the Usercentrics Cookiebot consent platform to manage cookies and tracking scripts on this website.
- Necessary cookies run automatically because the site cannot function or stay secure without them. They do not require consent.
- Preferences, statistics, and marketing cookies, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, are blocked and do not run until you give consent through the banner. When you consent, these tools receive technical information such as your IP address, device and browser details, and how you use the site, and share that information with the relevant providers.
- You can accept or decline these cookies when you first visit the site, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the consent link on the website.
- We record your consent choice, including the date and a consent ID, which you can review at any time in the cookie settings panel.
A full list of the cookies we use, including each provider and purpose, is shown in the cookie declaration on this page.
4. How We Share Information
- Form submission data is sent to Salesforce and stored in our WordPress database.
- After you consent, analytics and advertising cookies share data with Google and LinkedIn as described in Section 3.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information for money, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties except as described in this policy or where required by law.
- Our website links to external websites. Once you leave our site, those websites operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
5. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
- You can manage your cookie consent at any time using the consent link on the website.
- California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
- Our use of advertising cookies (Google Ads and the LinkedIn Insight Tag) may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out using the "Do not sell or share my personal information" control in the consent banner, or by declining marketing cookies.
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
- To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 7.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes take effect when we post the updated version with a new effective date.
