Small and Large Molecule Bioanalysis: LC-MS/MS, ELISA, MSD, qPCR, Western Blot, and Luminex
NorthEast BioLab has earned a deep-rooted reputation for small molecule bioanalysis since our founding in 2003. In this regard, we have efficiently delivered numerous biotech and pharmaceutical research studies on platforms such as LC-MS/MS, HPLC/FL, and HPLC/UV. Fast forward to today, we aim to continue our leadership within bioanalytical sciences as per our foundational principles. To that end, we have further broadened our scientific expertise by making significant strides towards biologics bioanalysis over the past few years.
Specifically, we have meaningfully extended our custom assay capabilities for large molecule bioanalysis through enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (“ELISA”). Although ELISA assays were first developed in the 1970s, advances in digitization and automation have since improved their sensitivity and throughput dramatically. Consequentially, these gold-standard assays have become known for their diverse and optimal applications. Fast forward to today, we utilize MSD, qPCR, Western Blot, and Luminex, and other modern bioanalysis techniques for the promising future of biotech and pharmaceutical research.
